How to Apply

Admissions Procedure for local applicants

1. Complete the "Application for Admission" form.

2. Either post or deliver the form to eCollege LONDON together with the following documents:

  • photocopies of all academic qualifications
  • two recent passport size photographs of yourself
  • the application processing fee
  • any other documents that you think may support your application, e.g. academic or employer references

3. On receiving your application pack, the department to which you are applying will send you, depending on your suitability for the programme or course, a "Letter of Acceptance" outlining college fees and details of all further documentation required to complete your application.

4. On providing all requisite documentation and paying your fees, you will receive a "Certificate of Enrolment" and a receipt of payment, which confirms that a place has been reserved for you on the programme or course you applied for.

5. Once you have completed all the above steps, you are deemed ready to start attending classes in eCollege LONDON.

You are expected to report to eCollege LONDON by 9.00 am on the morning of the start date of the particular programme or course you are admitted for.

You will then be formally registered and undertake an English Level Assessment test.

Classes begin in the afternoon.

Admissions Procedure for international applicants

1. Complete the "Application for Admission" form.

2. Post the form to eCollege LONDON together with the following documents:

  • photocopies of all academic qualifications
  • two recent passport size photographs of yourself
  • the application processing fee
  • any other documents that you think may support your application, e.g. academic or employer references

3. On receiving your application pack, the department to which you are applying will send you, depending on your suitability for the programme or course, a "Letter of Acceptance" outlining college fees and details of all further documentation required to complete your application.

4. On receipt of the tuition fee, the College will issue the confirmation of acceptance for studies (CAS).

5. Upon receipt of your CAS, students from countries requiring a visa to travel to the United Kingdom can begin the process of acquiring a student visa. As visa requirements vary from country to country, you should contact the local British Council, High Commission or Embassy for further details.

6.A student whose application for a visa has not been successful may apply for a deferral to the next semester. Your "Application for Deferral" must be submitted to eCollege LONDON no later than 14 calendar days prior to the commencement of your programme or course of study.

7. A student who needs Airport Pick-Up should inform eCollege LONDON of his or her flight itinerary and estimated time of arrival (ETA) at least two weeks prior to departure.

You will then be formally registered and undertake an English Level Assessment test.

 

Academic Calendar

Our academic programmes and courses run through four semesters a year. You can apply for admission to the January, April, July or September semesters.

Applications for each semester must reach eCollege LONDON four weeks before the start of the semester.

No student will be enrolled after the second week of the semester.
