Once a student has received their Letter of Enrolment from eCollege London and successfully obtained their Student Visa, they are not eligible for a tuition refund. For students who are not successful in receiving their visa, the application for a refund must be made using the Refund Request Form, accompanied by a copy of the rejection letter from UK Home Office and proof of prepaid tuition to the College. Students should submit their application for a refund before the programme or course start date. £150 will be deducted from the tuition fee for service and administrative charges.
Students who are successful in their application for a Student Visa may apply for a deferral to the next semester. The student may apply for a revised registration letter from the Student Care Team. The application must be submitted to the College no later than 14 calendar days prior to the commencement of the programme or course start date. The application for deferral must be approved by the Principal of eCollege London before the programme or course start date.
A student who has an exceptional personal reason may apply for a refund of prepaid tuition before the issue of their student visa. Such application must be in writing and accompanied by all original letters issued by eCollege London. The student should submit his/her application to the College no later than 14 calendar days prior to the commencement of the programme. In such instances, £150 will be deducted from the tuition fee for service and administrative charges.
The entire refund process will take a minimum of two weeks from the date of receipt of complete refund application and documentation.
